Porto has grown accustomed to this habit largely due to Munchie's 7 Mortal Sins in which each hamburger is named after one of them, and the ingredients are designed to match. It all started with a stall and a few tables in the Praça Filipa de Lencastre, which then grew into a restaurant and then expanded into an empire of three (Porto, Matosinhos and Guimarães).
